Retaining Walls in New Albany, Ohio » Northgate

This multi-phase project started with the new swimming pool concept in the backyard in 2011. From that, a long range master plan was developed. Drainage remedies and the need for privacy were top priorities for the owner in this space. Multi-level patio spaces using brick, natural stone and stamped concrete brought the entertainment spaces together yet created different outdoor ‘rooms’ for various occasions with guests.

We coordinated the replacement and re-alignment of both driveways with a combination of asphalt and brick inlays making the front entry more accessible. Working with existing plantings in front/sides and adding color in key spots were a high priority. Correcting grading and surface drainage issue allowed us to renovated the ailing turf. Removing and replacing the dated irrigation system was also updated in this three year approach.

We keep the property looking it’s best through estate maintenance visits, timely lawn fertilization applications and weekly mowing
